    During our recent family vacation at Quest Burwood East, we enjoyed a pleasantly smooth experience that I believe is worth sharing. Upon our arrival, we found ourselves in a spacious adjoining unit that suited our family needs perfectly. The management's thoughtful approach by directly contacting our son, who lives nearby, ensured we received assistance with our luggage and wheelchair access for my husband. While the beds were firm, they offered enough comfort for a restful night, essential after our long drive. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was an added bonus, allowing us to bring our beloved furry member along. A highlight of our stay was the fantastic room layout and cleanliness, which provided a safe and welcoming atmosphere. With a convenient Woolworths nearby and plenty of dining options, we felt well catered to. The efforts of the staff, including the helpful cleaning team, contributed significantly to our delightful experience.
